Manage: media library, smart calendar, social media hub, Message Center, and Ad Center. Analyze: competitor analysis, performance reports, and website management. Instead of scattered tools, every step — from creation to publishing to messaging to analytics — flows in one place.

The Message Center gathers your DMs and comments from Instagram and Facebook into a single inbox. AI analyzes the messages, drafts reply suggestions in your brand's voice, flags potential customers, and lets you build multi-step automated reply flows. That way you turn conversations into sales without missing any engagement.

In the Ad Center you create, manage, and optimize your ad campaigns directly from the dashboard with AI suggestions. It works with Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and Google ads; it offers guidance on budget, targeting, and creative, and keeps you in control with a safe layer that lets you roll back your changes.

Competitor Analysis reviews how brands in your industry approach content and ads, giving you ideas and benchmarks. Performance reports regularly summarize metrics such as followers, engagement, and sales/conversion. This data feeds back into the AI, so your content and ads become more on-point over time based on your brand and what actually converts.

If you want to quickly generate AI images/videos, you can switch to the Post AI Pilot image generation or Post AI Pilot video generation stream; 3 free credits will be added to your new account. No. New accounts receive 3 free credits for AI image/video trials on Post AI Pilot accounts. Social media packages also include a 2-day free trial on eligible plans. The trial period begins with plan selection; the amount to be paid today and the monthly amount to be charged after the trial are clearly shown on the checkout screen. You can use the Start for Free page to get started.

The trial is valid for Starter, Daily, and Video Lite plans. Pro and Platinum are more comprehensive operational plans and are activated directly as paid plans. If the trial has been used previously, the system will automatically redirect you to the paid continuation plan.

Weekly post, monthly video, and revision allowances in the planner are tracked separately for social media operations. Post AI Pilot credits are used in AI visuals, AI videos, and credit-based production workflows. Therefore, the post/video quotas included in the package and the credit balance are not part of the same pool.

The 3 free credits included with the new account are available immediately. Monthly credit allocation linked to social media packages will be activated once the trial period is complete and the paid plan is activated. If additional credits are purchased during the trial, a fee will be charged; credit top-up will be done automatically once the paid plan is activated.

Yes. There is no commitment; you can cancel your subscription from your panel. If you cancel during the trial period, your access will continue until the trial ends, and you will not be switched to a paid plan. If you cancel while on an active paid plan, you will continue to use your rights until the end of the current period.

Credits are used in AI visuals, AI videos, and other credit-based production workflows within Post AI Pilot. Your social media package's scheduler post/video quotas are tracked separately. If you wish, you can also purchase additional credits from the Credit Balance page outside of your package credits.

By connecting your Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, you can manage your content from a single dashboard. The social media account limit in the plans works separately for each platform; for example, connection rights for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are evaluated separately.

Yes. Publishing, messaging, and ads all run through the official APIs of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; your password is never requested, and connections are made through authorized OAuth flows. Moreover, nothing is published and no ad goes live without your approval — your brand reputation and platform compliance are always protected.
