No. New accounts receive 3 free credits for AI image/video trials on Post AI Pilot accounts. Social media packages also include a 2-day free trial on eligible plans. The trial period begins with plan selection; the amount to be paid today and the monthly amount to be charged after the trial are clearly shown on the checkout screen. The trial is valid for Starter, Daily, and Video Lite plans. Pro and Platinum are more comprehensive operational plans and are activated directly as paid plans. If the trial has been used previously, the system will automatically redirect you to the paid continuation plan.

Weekly post, monthly video, and revision allowances in the planner are tracked separately for social media operations. Post AI Pilot credits are used in AI visuals, AI videos, and credit-based production workflows. Therefore, the post/video quotas included in the package and the credit balance are not part of the same pool.

The 3 free credits included with the new account are available immediately. Monthly credit allocation linked to social media packages will be activated once the trial period is complete and the paid plan is activated. If additional credits are purchased during the trial, a fee will be charged; credit top-up will be done automatically once the paid plan is activated.

By connecting your Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, you can manage your content from a single dashboard. The social media account limit in the plans works separately for each platform; for example, connection rights for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are evaluated separately.

Yes. Sharing and account links are made through the platforms' official API services. We do not ask for your Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok passwords; links are established through authorized OAuth flows.

Yes. There is no commitment; you can cancel your subscription from your panel. If you cancel during the trial period, your access will continue until the trial ends, and you will not be switched to a paid plan. If you cancel while on an active paid plan, you will continue to use your rights until the end of the current period.

Credits are used in AI visuals, AI videos, and other credit-based production workflows within Post AI Pilot. Your social media package's scheduler post/video quotas are tracked separately. If you wish, you can also purchase additional credits from the <a href="/en/credits/">Credit Balance</a> page outside of your package credits.
